Are you navigating complex grief during the holiday season?
Do you need a brave space to be seen, heard, and understood in your experiences?
Would you like to share a meal with a loving community and create new memories on the day many celebrate as Christmas?
ABOUT THE EVENT:
Break | Make|Bloom is an in-person gathering offering a grounded space for those impacted by wounds related to the holiday season. This three-hour ritual healing experience will offer somatic excercises, art practices, and a shared-meal.
If possible, please bring an item for a shared altar, journal, and food offering.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
This is a trauma-attuned, fat-positive, decolonization-led event with Josephine Amanda, complex trauma doula, artist, and educator.
All are welcome—especially those walking tenderly with grief, seeking community care, or redefining belonging outside of traditional family systems.

PAYMENTS:
This event is offered free for comunity. If possible, please bring food to contribute to an intimate meal.
